Party leader Nong Duc Manh meets voters of National Economics University

Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and the Hanoi delegation of National Assembly deputies met voters who are lecturers, administrative staff and students of the NationalEconomicsUniversity in Hanoi on September 27.
Party leader Manh welcomed voters’ opinions on managing university education, policies to enhance the quality of education and training and job creaiton for graduate students.
He highlighted the achievements of the education and training sector in general and the NationalEconomicsUniversity in particular. During the past 50 years of establishment and development, the university has become one of reputable training and research centres, helping the Party and State in defining orientations and plans for national economic development.
The Party leader stressed that improving the quality of education and training depends on many factors, of which each university, each lecturer, and each student must have a high sense of self-training. He said the NationalEconomicsUniversity would make great efforts to become an advanced university in the region and quickly catch up with other advanced universities in the world.
