Ngan offered her sympathy over Thailand ’s difficulties caused by floods and hoped that the Thai government and people will soon overcome the aftermath of the natural disaster.

She expressed her pleasure at the ongoing development of multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand , particularly between the two parliaments, since the two countries established diplomatic ties 35 years ago.

Ngan said that Vietnam always attaches importance to cooperation with Thailand and expressed her wish that the two sides will continue expanding friendship and cooperation for the prosperity, peace, cooperation and development of the two countries and the region.

She suggested that the two nations further strengthen cooperation regionally and internationally, tighten cooperation on issues relating to Mekong river water and ensure peace and stability in the East Sea .
